Abstract:Hiperkolesterolemia merupakan kondisi tingginya kadar kolesterol LDL (Low-density lipoprotein) di dalam darah atau dikenal dengan kolesterol tinggi. Penderita Hiperkolesterolemia harus menjaga makanan yang dikonsumsi agar kadar lemak di dalam darah tidak melonjak yang dapat memicu penumpukan plak yang menyumbat dinding arteri (aterosklerosis).
