“…Currently, the development of novel adhesive systems has facilitated effective bonding to tooth structure with improved mechanical performance, garnering significant attention. However, despite a large amount of in vitro research, only a few clinical trials have evaluated the bonding performance of adhesives, and the available evidence thus far has been collected during shortterm follow-up periods (Perdigão et al, 2014;Ruschel et al, 2018;Liu et al, 2023).
