Reversible bradycardia secondary to myxedema coma: case-report

Abstract: Myxedema coma occurs mostly in patients with longstanding untreated or undertreated hypothyroidism. Bradycardia is a well-known cardiac manifestation for myxedema coma; however, not all bradycardia with hypothyroidism are sinus bradycardia.
