Reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography of glycopeptides

Abstract: A practical procedure for isolating and purifying glycopeptides is described, viz. enzymatic hydrolysis-gel permeation chromatography-ion exchange chromatography-reversed phase HPLC. Using this procedure 28 glycopeptides from hen ovalbumin have been isolated some of which hitherto have not been identified.
