Retrosternal pedicled jejunum interposition: an alternative for reconstruction after total esophago-gastrectomy

Abstract: In cases of impedient colonic diseases, the pedicled, retrosternal jejunal loop with cervical anastomosis is an alternative for reconstruction after total esophagogastrectomy.
