Retrospective prevalence and associated risk factors of Mycoplasma haemofelis infection in owned cats

Abstract: Data on the prevalence and associated risk factors of naturally occurring haemoplasmosis in owned cats in Malaysia is limited. Being the most pathogenic of the three known feline haemoplasma species, Mycoplasma haemofelis (Mhf) infection was analysed from 2016 to 2019 to determine the periodical prevalence and associated risk factors in Northeastern Malaysia -Kelantan.
