RETRACTED: Microstructure and dielectric properties of Cu and Ho modified BaZrTiO3 ceramics for energy storage applications

Abstract: The present study deals with undoped and CuO:Ho2O3 doped Ba(Zr0.05Ti0.95)O3 perovskite compounds that were synthesized by the solid-state reaction method. The Rietveld refinement of the XRD data established the formation of a tetragonal phase having space group P4mm. A reduction in grain size and density with increasing Ho2O3 and CuO concentrations has been observed.
