Patriarchy in Javanese culture gives birth to gender stratification between women and men. This attitude has an impact on the work delegated to women. This stigma requires women to fulfill cultural values that include 3M, namely masak, macak, manak. This study aims to find out the existence and relevance of the values of masak, macak, and manak, in the form of dance works, and to find out how these values must be maintained. The method used is the method of creation based on the concept of art-based research. This research on the creation of dance works is based on challenges, namely through the process of creating challenges. The study was conducted by challenging ten participants to communicate and do several things intensely, both personally and communally, for seven days online through the "7 days cooking" challenge. The results of this study are in the form of dance performances containing messages of masak, macak, and manak which are displayed live streaming on the Youtube social media channel.

The relevance of this work is due to the significant spread of various concepts on the basic ways of generating diverse, modern shows of the entertainment genre with a wide range of non-verbal means of communication. Non-verbal communication means serve as mediators in art but due to the fact that in contemporary art, the communication between the audience and the author is not sufficiently arranged, there are gaps in the information message perceiving. The authors aimed to study the communication barriers related to non-verbal communication means, as well as to find the solutions for the problems that arise in this context. The following methods were used: analysis and synthesis, comparison, descriptive method, method of abstraction. Trends in cooperation developing between the authors and the subjects of receiving information were identified. The psychological and social researches’ data on the different signals impact on the information receiving efficiency were analyzed. Features and characteristics of the non-verbal communication means, their relationships, similarities and differences were identified. As a result of the research, the basic concepts of creating a show in the XXI century with the involvement of non-verbal communication, their effectiveness in the development of the industry at this stage, as well as possible directions for future development were described.

Scientists point out that an important problem in dance education is imperfect and at the same time outdated teaching methodology, so to overcome this problem it is necessary to develop a new innovative teaching methodology based on a person-centered approach, to introduce modern interactive innovative technologies into the learning process, as well as to combine theoretical classes with practical exercises.…”

The aim of the article is to highlight the features of the development of choreographic education at the beginning of the XXI century on the example of educational institutions of Great Britain and the United States, which train students in "Choreography" specialties. Methods: analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, observation, description, tabular and graphical representation, comparison, systematization, questionnaire survey, hypothesis, abstraction and generalization. It was established that the development of choreographic education in the beginning of the XXI century is characterized by an annual increase in the number of students being trained as choreographers, choreographic education support by the universities, positive changes after the introduction of support measures for the development of choreographic education, increase in the level of encouragement for students to study the profession of choreographer, usage of modern ICT.
