Abstract: Patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM), which is characterized by left ventricular hypertrophy, is usually treated with medications such as calcium channel blockers or beta-blockers and invasive treatments such as transcatheter alcohol septal ablation, percutaneous radiofrequency ablation, or heart transplantation.
