Abstract:This study investigated the inhibitory effect and mechanism of curcumol on growth of human hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) HepG2 xenografts in nude mice. Curcumol was isolated from from zedoary turmeric oil. The HepG2 xenograft model in nude mice was established. Forty modeled nude mice were divided into model, cisplatin, curcumol and cisplatin+curcumol groups.
