[Retracted] A Novel Hybrid Algorithm for Multiobjective Location‐Allocation Problem in Emergency Logistics

Abstract: Increased frequency of disasters keeps reminding us of the importance of effective resource distribution in postdisaster. To reduce the suffering of victims, this paper focuses on how to establish an effective emergency logistics system. We first propose a multiobjective optimization model in which the location and allocation decisions are made for a three-level logistics network. Three objectives, deprivation costs, unsatisfied demand costs, and logistics cost, are adopted in the proposed optimization model. … Show more

“…As can be seen from the figure, when light source 1 is installed in the x 1 = y 1 =0.4 and x 1 = y 1 =1.3 area, the minimum illuminance of the surface to be measured is greater than 300 lx, which meets the indoor illuminance requirements [ 4 ].…”

“…In this same area, we can mention the research by Hongrui & Yahong (2021), in which the authors propose a multi-objective location-allocation optimization model to minimize deprivation, unsatisfied demand, and logistic costs. Subsequently, derived from the complexity, they designed a new algorithm combining the Firefly algorithm and the classic Genetic algorithm.…”
