RETRACTED: A compensating total variation image denoising model combining L1 and L2 norm

Abstract: To overcome the “staircase effect” while preserving the structural information such as image edges and textures quickly and effectively, we propose a compensating total variation image denoising model combining L1 and L2 norm.
