La compétence de médiation en formation initiale à l’enseignement de/en langues: entre problématisation et réflexivité

“…Dans leur étude, Éducation, mobilité, altérité. Les fonctions de médiation à l'école, Coste et Cavalli parlaient d'« un retour réflexif sur les usages du CECR et en particulier sur l'importante « redécouverte » de l'activité langagière de médiation » (2015, p.6) en se proposant de revenir sur cette notion qui, contrairement à d'autres activités langagières, avait une « faible visibilité » (Coste et Cavalli, 2018) dans le CECR. Ces travaux, qui ont abouti à la publication en février 2018 du Volume complémentaire du CECR, ont un objectif commun, à savoir comprendre, conceptualiser et décrire la médiation dans une « visée éducative transversale » (ibidem) et, d'une manière qui intéressera moins cet article, permettre d'élaborer des descripteurs plus fiables pour les six niveaux du CECR.…”
