Abstract:La coartación de aorta es una cardiopatía congénita frecuente y potencialmente mortal. Su diagnóstico prenatal es un reto, ya que está dificultado por características inherentes a la circulación fetal, siendo relativamente bajas sus tasas de detección (30-50%).
