“…Several immune-mediated diseases including Behcet's disease, sarcoidosis, rhematoid arthritis, Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada, Wegener's granulomatosis, and Crohn's disease causing retinal vasculitis are known to be associated with lymphocytic infiltration of the affected tissues. [32][33][34][35][36][37][38][39][40][41][42][43][44][45] Since we had excluded all the aforementioned conditions, lymphocytic infiltration in the ERMs was least expected.
