Rethinking Committee Work in the Research Enterprise: The Case of Regenerative Gatekeeping

Abstract: The science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) research enterprise is slow to change (Behl et al., 2021;Morris, 2021), and as suggested by Marín-Spiotta et al.
