“…The primary testicular lymphatic drainage is to the para-aortic nodes and the subsidiary lymphatics pass to the iliac and inguinal chains. In stage I diseases approximately 10-20% of patients have subclinical retroperitoneal lymph node metastases (5)(6)(7)(8)(9).
