The standard of broadband mobile communication LTE can be used to build a mobile communication network in remote populations and provide the population with modern mobile communication services, such as video calls, data transmission, high-speed mobile Internet, Internet TV, etc. In this work, a LTE network has been designed, and the network capacity has been calculated for a certain area. Muynak of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, located in the northwest of the Republic of Uzbekistan, was taken as the territory. The paper presents the characteristics of the selected equipment required for the construction of the mobile network, calculations of network bandwidth, number of potential and active network subscribers, the number of base stations, the average bandwidth of the projected network, the average traffic per subscriber in the busy hour, the radio frequency plan, the geographical location of the base stations, and the LTE network design scheme has been developed. In addition, the characteristics of the number of potential subscribers are described in tabular form, as well as graphs of the number of base stations, the average bandwidth of the designed network, the total traffic of the designed network depending on the number of potential subscribers. The LTE network frequency plan has been developed for the city of Muynak. The designed network will increase the number of subscribers to 12,000 without reducing bandwidth.

Call failure can be caused by a variety of factors, including inadequate cellular infrastructure, undesirable system structuring, busy mobile phone towers, changing between towers, and many more. Outdated equipment and networks worsen call failure, and installing more towers to improve coverage might harm the regional ecosystems. In the existing studies, a variety of machine learning algorithms are implemented for call drop prediction in the mobile networks. But it facing problems in terms of high error rate, low prediction accuracy, system complexity, and more training time. Therefore, the proposed work intends to develop a new and sophisticated framework, named as, Chimp Optimized Linear Kernel Regression (COLKR) for predicting call drops in the mobile networks. For the analysis, the Call Detail Record (CDR) has been collected and used in this framework. By preprocessing the attributes, the normalized dataset is constructed using the median regression-based filtering technique. To extract the most significant features for training the classifier with minimum processing complexity, a sophisticated Chimp Optimization Algorithm (COA) is applied. Then, a new machine learning model known as the Linear Kernel Regression Model (LKRM) has been deployed to predict call drops with greater accuracy and less error. For the performance assessment of COLKR, several machine learning classifiers are compared with the proposed model using a variety of measures. By using the proposed COLKR mechanism, the call drop detection accuracy is improved to 99.4%, and the error rate is reduced to 0.098%, which determines the efficiency and superiority of the proposed system.

Renewable energy sources are an increasingly popular way to generate electrical energy for telecommunications systems. The use and effectiveness of remote monitoring systems in such systems has led to growing interests relatively to it. As with any new technological systems, new problems have arisen in the use of renewable energy sources in telecommunications systems and the use of IoT-based remote monitoring systems in them. In particular, one of these problems is the decentralization of remote monitoring systems for renewable power plants of telecommunication systems. The paper details the stages of development and modelling of open-source centralized monitoring systems for solar power station of telecommunication systems. In this paper, a real-time remote monitoring system of solar power sources was modelled and investigated by wireless sensor networks of telecommunications devices. Proteus software environment was obtained for modelling. Before modelling the system, a system structure and a block diagram were developed, each of the elements that are part of the system is described. Software for the system was created. The developed structure and software were tested by modelling. The results of the modelling were presented in a virtual terminal, an oscillography, and a local web browser. ABSTRAK: Sumber tenaga boleh baharu semakin meningkat popular dalam menghasilkan tenaga elektrik bagi sistem telekomunikasi. Penggunaan dan keberkesanan sistem pemonitoran jarak jauh dalam jaringan ini telah membawa kepada peningkatan minat kepada tenaga boleh baharu. Walau bagaimanapun, melalui sistem teknologi baru ini, masalah baru timbul dalam penggunaan punca tenaga boleh baharu dalam sistem telekomunikasi dan penggunaan bersama sistem pemonitoran berdasarkan IoT. Khususnya dalam desentralisasi sistem pemonitoran jarak jauh bagi loji kuasa sistem telekomunikasi. Kajian ini merincikan peringkat pembinaan dan model sumber terbuka berpusat sistem pemonitoran bagi sistem janakuasa solar sistem telekomunikasi. Kajian ini turut memodelkan sistem pemonitoran jarak jauh secara langsung bagi sumber kuasa solar dan dikaji dengan rangkaian sensor tanpa jaringan bagi alatan telekomunikasi. Perisian Proteus telah dihasilkan bagi model ini. Sebelum model sistem dibina, struktur sistem dan gambar rajah blok dibina. Setiap unsur dalam sistem ini diperihalkan. Perisian bagi sistem ini turut dibina. Struktur yang dibina dan perisian ini diuji melalui model. Hasil dapatan model dibentangkan dalam pangkalan maya, oscilograf dan pelayar web tempatan.
