“…The surgical procedure performed in our study was associated with cholecystectomy longitudinal cholodochotomie with stone extraction. External biliary drainage was performed in all patients either by a Kher drain 39 cases (97.5%) or a trans cystic drain 1 case (2.5%) against respectively 66% and 34% in the study conducted by N. Houes [14]. Cholangiography intraoperative was not performed in our patients by lack of technical support.…”
