Restructuring in the Electricity Markets and Structural Transformation in Turkish Electricity Market

Abstract: Elektrik piyasaları monopolcü yapıdan rekabetçi yapıya geçiş yaşanan piyasalardır. Birçok ülkede 1980 sonrası dönemde elektrik piyasalarında serbestleşme süreci başlamıştır.
