Restricted representations of the Witt superalgebras

Abstract: Let k be an algebraically closed field of characteristic p > 3, and W (n) the superversion of the Witt algebra over k, i.e. the Lie superalgebra of superderivations of the Grassmann algebra of rank n over k. The simple modules and projective indecomposable modules in the restricted supermodule category for W (n) are studied. The character formulas for such simple modules are given, and the Cartan invariants for this category are presented.

“…This paper is a sequel to 5 where the authors studied restricted representations of the Witt superalgebras. Our aim here is to study restricted representations of special Lie superalgebras in sense of 2.…”

“…Indeed, the modular representation theory of supergroups and Lie superalgebras has found remarkable applications to classical mathematics (see [11] for references and some historical remarks). Representations of Cartan type Lie superalgebras of prime characteristic were studied in [12], [13], [14], [17], [18], [19].…”
