Abstract: O conhecimento adequado das variações anatômicas meniscais e das estruturas perimeniscais é essencial para uma avaliação adequada dos exames de ressonância magnética do joelho, tanto no diagnóstico das lesões meniscais quanto para se evitar uma série de possíveis erros diagnósticos.
