Abstract:RESUMO: O câncer colorretal localmente invasivo, que acomete por contiguidade estruturas adjacentes e sem metástases à distância, ocorre de 5 a 18% dos casos. São adequadamente tratados com ressecção do tumor e órgãos comprometidos em monobloco e margens livres.
