Abstract:The increasing development of herbicide resistance in weeds found in rice cropping systems has encouraged researchers to evaluate alternate herbicides to prevent and manage herbicide-resistant weed biotypes. Metribuzin is a photosynthetic-inhibiting herbicide that controls various important grass and broadleaf weeds.
