Response Surface Optimization of Bioactive Compounds Extraction from Buchholzia coriacea Using D-Optimal Design

Abstract: This study investigates the use of D-optimal design and response surface methodology for the optimization of bioactive compound extraction from Buchholzia Coriacea. After thorough sample preparation, the Soxhlet apparatus was employed to extract the bioactive compound from the dried Buchholzia coriacea seed in a batch-wise process.
