“…Plasmid DNA, pET9a carrying the rus gene encoding the cupredoxin rusticyanin from A. ferrooxidans , was kindly provided by Dr Kazuhiko Sasaki, Central Research Institute of Electric Power Industry, Chiba, Japan.
