Respect as an Ethical Principle in System Development

Abstract: The ethical formation of an individual depends basically on the cultivation of moral qualities. The conduct influences the professional performance. Therefore, this work suggests the ethical principle of respect as a factor to be considered when creating systems using Scrum"s Agile Development framework, because if there is good communication and acting with respect, it is possible maintain well-being in the workplace.
