The article is devoted to an actual issue: the development of internal downhole heat exchangers technology to combat hydration in injection wells. Purpose: development of conceptual solutions for the use of geothermal coolant in the internal well heat exchanger of the injection well. A scheme of an internal downhole heat exchanger with a geothermal heat carrier has been developed, and includes a supply line of a geothermal carrier through the heat exchange surface of the injection well into the productive reservoir of the oil field. The scheme provides targeted utilization of thermobaric energy of a geothermal source to combat hydration in the injection well. A mathematical apparatus for describing the process of heat utilization and heat exchange in injection well is proposed. It is established that the capacity of one geothermal well discovered at the oil depths in the Dnipro-Donetsk basin is sufficient to eliminate hydration in 1-3 injection wells, and determines the feasibility of their joint work.

Technological processes of catering products manufacture need energy optimization.This article proposes the improvement of mathematical modeling apparatus at the stage of technological processes design and reconstruction. The authors used data from large restaurant-type catering enterprises typical for million-plus cities, some of which prepare fast-food dishes. The possibilities of calorie generation during photosynthesis and the generation of electricity by photocells were examined to understand the energy benefits for catering enterprises. Emphasis is placed on minimizing energy consumption for heating and cooling in food production cycles using cogeneration, regeneration, and generation from local renewable energy sources. Cooking and storage chambers can be differentiated by thermal potentials. The modeling algorithm is deepened by the introduction of links between power consumption and generation equipment. A set of organizational measures of reconstruction is proposed in the design of production systems, which allows one to save up to 33-80% of the total energy costs of a real network of catering outlets. Practical ApplicationsThe use of modern energy technologies in the production processes of public catering enterprises will reduce total costs by up to 80% and improve the overall environmental friendliness of the food industry. While planning reconstruction of basic energy equipment, buildings, and mechanisms, the following must be taken into account. These include concepts of a healthy diet, local renewable energy resources, cultivating local natural food ingredients, and utilizing heat and calorie emissions. Up to 50% of the existing equipment requires such a reconstruction in public catering in developing countries. The principles recommended by the authors for the reconstruction of the production processes of public catering enterprises require the use of advanced algorithms for the mathematical optimization of energy flows and balances.

The complex researches of schemes of extraction and storage of hydrocarbons and geothermal energy are executed in the work. In particular, according to the location, logistics and nature of the processes of generation, transportation, evacuation, injection and local utilization of hydrocarbon and geothermal energy sources, the scheme is divided into subspecies of consumer regional order of electricity, hydrocarbon and chemical energy and hydrogen. It is shown that the tasks of extraction of natural or synthesized hydrocarbons, geothermal energy and subsequent transformation into the required form of commodity resource can be unified with the organization of circuit-combined technologies. At the same time, the developed technological scheme implements the concept of storage of the required amount of energy resources on the one hand and regulation of production capacity for consumption – on the other. The reduction of current energy costs for the implementation and operation of systems with updated functional systems for a total of 20–45%. It is proved that the selection of the scheme of unified extraction and storage energy systems in accordance with the projected order of energy and energy resources, due to the capabilities of productive reservoirs, leads to minimization of capital costs for their construction on a modular basis. Research of application of combined technologies of dual extraction-storage of heat carriers-hydrocarbons is a perspective direction of researches.
