Resonant photonic states of quasi one-dimensional photonic quantum well in a rectangular waveguide

Abstract: We have demonstrated a calculation of the resonant photonic states of quasi one dimensional photonic quantum well for the transverse electric (TE) and transverse magnetic (TM) modes in a rectangular waveguide. The photonic crystal heterostuctures are composed of two different photonic crystals as (AB)m(CD)n(AB)m .
