The dispersion and field structure of in-plane propagating p-polarized waves in n-GaAs/AIAs superlattice is studied in the frequency range below 10 THz in the presence of the steady magnetic field which is perpendicular both to the direction of propagation and periodicity. The existence of non-localized photon-phonon-plasmon modes as well as the magnetic-field--controlled mode localization at selected set of interfaces is predicted.
