Abstract:Resistin is a hormone that involved in obesity and type 2 diabetes mellitus. High resistin level in pre-DM respondents with obesity will cause insulin resistance. ROC analysis is used as an initial screening to predict chronic diseases precisely and accurately to look for high specificity values.
