The stress tests are used to reduce the influence of individual characteristics of the subjects on the quality of functional diagnostics of the condition of various body systems. The aim of the study was to develop methods and software for quantitative estimation of parameters of the motor response in children during tourniquet test. The quantitative characteristics of motor response for healthy children and children with inflammatory polyneuropathy was compared. Statistical analysis revealed significant differences (p < 0.05) of some quantitative parameters of the motor response, characterizing its form and time indicators in normal and inflammatory polyneuropathy. The evaluation of these indicators is useful in diagnostics of functional condition of the neuromuscular system.
