In France, the health system was adjusted; however, there is still a call for relevant and updated policy measures to be adopted, so that researchers and policy makers can deal with the work to be done (18) . It is necessary to invest in information and better working conditions for health professionals to deal with the different periods: pandemic, pre-pandemic and post-pandemic.…”

Porém, é claro que este contexto tem resultado na diminuição da proteção ao trabalhador, gerando o aumento da instabilidade que, por sua vez, deixa os trabalhadores à mercê das empresas, que criam metas de produtividade quase que inatingíveis, mas às quais os empregados se submetem por medo do desemprego e de outras repercussões negativas para sua vida e sobrevivência material (17)(18)(19) .…”
