Resident assistant secondary trauma and burnout associated with student nonsuicidal self-injury

Abstract: Objective: To determine whether or not encountering students struggling with nonsuicidal self-injury (NSSI) put Resident Assistants (RAs) at greater risk of burnout or secondary traumatic stress.
