Residência pedagógica em regime remoto: Estratégias utilizadas por residentes de Geografia Campus I da UNEAL

Abstract

This work aims, in a general context, to analyze the didactic-methodological strategies used in the initial training of Geography teachers through the performance of the subproject "Interdisciplinarity in the formation of teacher identity: a relationship between the pedagogical residency program and the supervised curricular internship in Geography in UNEAL", executed on Campus I of the State University of Alagoas in partnership with the State School Professor Pedro de França Reis in Arapiraca/AL, during the remote work period, in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic. To fulfill this objective, some more specific objectives were adopted, such as: highlighting the difficulties imposed by the context of the covid-19 pandemic; identify ways to overcome these difficulties reported by residents, about the teacher training process they are involved in; and explain how residents act in the remote education model adopted by the state education network to which the school-field involved in the mentioned subproject is linked. The fulfillment of the general and specific objectives takes place under the execution of a qualitative research, through the methodological approach of case study. This case study had as target audience the undergraduates (residents) involved in a Geography subproject, already mentioned, of Campus I of UNEAL. The data collection technique used was the application of a questionnaire by Google Forms and the data analysis technique was content analysis. The structure of this work is divided into topics that are divided into: introduction; methodology; results and discussions; and conclusion.
