Abstract:Low noise is a significant performance requirement of Hyperspectral Shortwave Infrared Focal Plane Arrays Readout Circuit (ROIC) for its low radiation. And the current Correlated Double Sampling (CDS) technology for noise reduction needs to be further improved.
