Abstract: Background Pleural solitary fibrous tumors (pSFTs) are rare mesenchymal pleural tumors with rich vascularity Surgical resection is the cornerstone of pSFTs treatment, requiring meticulous preoperative imaging to delineate lesion extent and vascular supply.
