“…We also made relevant attempts in inverted devices with p-i-n structures to evaluate the performance of ThPCyAc in practical applications. The 2-cyanoacrylic acid functional group, as a common characteristic functional group in dye molecules, has been proven to have anchoring function and can form a monolayer on the surface of ITO through a self-assembled method. As shown in Figure , when we used it as SAM, the related inverted device achieved a higher PCE (20.11%) than the control group (19.29%) due to their ultrahigh FF. This thought-provoking discovery also demonstrates the feasibility of dye molecules in reversed PSCs.…”
