Research Progress of m6A RNA Methylation in Skin Diseases

Abstract: N6-Methyladenosine (m6A) is the most common mRNA modification in eukaryotes and is a dynamically reversible posttranscriptional modification. The enzymes involved in m6A modification mainly include methyltransferases (writers), demethylases (erasers), and methylated readers (Readers). m6A modification is mainly catalyzed by m6A methyltransferase and removed by m6A demethylase.
