Abstract:Context: Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) is a chronic progressive fibrotic interstitial disease with unknown cause and pathogenesis. Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis patients are more likely to be concomitant with lung cancer (LC) than normal older smoking men.
