“…Brassica crops (UN, ), particularly oilseed rape (OSR; Brassica napus L., 2n=38, AACC), cover many acres worldwide and are important sources of edible oil and biodiesel (Döring et al ., ; Xia et al ., ). In China, OSR is also considered an attractive ornamental crop, and several areas are well known for their OSR flower tourism, including Luoping County in Yunnan Province, Wuyuan County in Jiangxi Province, Jingmen County in Hubei Province, Menyuan County in Qinhai Province and Anshun County in Guizhou Province (Fu et al ., ). OSR flower tourism has become an important part of the local economy.…”

“…Xie et al studied G. hirsutum (genomic AADD) and found that cotton has an increased miRNA relative to its two diploid ancestors (Xie and Zhang 2015). In addition, in the Brassica, Fu et al found that the number and expression levels of miRNAs in the newly synthesized B. napus from different generations increased compared with the parents (Fu et al 2016a). These conclusions are consistent with our findings, indicating that the process of hybridization and doubling of the multiploidization results in a general increase in miRNAs.…”

“…Rapeseed (Brassica napus L.), an ideal plant for phytoremediation, is an important source of edible vegetable oil, vegetable, animal fodder, green manure and biodiesel [11]. Breeding rapeseed cultivars with Pb-tolerant require germplasms and genetic loci related to Pb tolerance.…”
