Abstract

УДК 330.46 Гейда А.С., Лысенко И.В. Задачи исследования потенциала социально-экономиче-ских систем. Аннотация. Рассмотрен класс задач в социально-экономических системах, для решения которых необходимо оценивать свойство потенциала этих систем. Вскрыта проблема оценивания потенциала систем. Показана необходимость аналитического оценивания потенциала на основе использования системологических концепций. Введено понятие потенциала системы, обоснована актуальность решения задач исследования потенциала. Предложена концепция решения задач исследования потенциала, обоснованы показате-ли оценивания потенциала. Рассмотрены постановки ряда задач исследования потенциа-ла в социально-экономических системах. Challenge of systems capability estimation formulated. It is shown that analytical estimation of capability on the base of systemic concepts application is necessary. System capability property is defined, capability problems solving topicality justified. Concept of capability research problems solving suggested, capability indicators are justified. Few socio-economic systems capability research problem statements are considered.
