Abstract: Abstract. In view of the problem of the subjectivity and some factors are hard to quantify in the process of selecting the agent for government investment projects. “…Thus, it is possible to obtain a quantitative assessment of the criterion for each alternative and to choose the best one using a predetermined method or a generalizing method. In work (Hu et al, 2016) for reducing uncertainty in the selection process and complex assessment, a fuzzy mathematical model is created: multipliers are determined, a set of estimated results and the membership matrix R are set.
