With the advent of the era of mass tourism, rural tourism has received increasing attention from tourism-related personnel, such as the wide application of Internet, cloud computing, and big data technology, making it possible to build a development path for rural tourism based on the background of big data. The purpose of this paper is to study the development path and data mining mode analysis of rural tourism under the background of data and propose a clustering integration algorithm. The article gives an overview of the fit relationship between rural tourism and big data. This paper takes the farm tourism data in area A as the research object and through the data analysis of the rural tourism development path using the clustering integration algorithm; it explores the effectiveness of the clustering integration algorithm in the construction of the rural tourism development path. The experimental results show that compared with the traditional rural tourism development model in 2020, the tourism revenue in 2021 will increase by more than 300,000 yuan.

With the acceleration of urbanization and the improvement of people’s living standards, people pay more and more attention to the services provided by infrastructure. Smart services refer to the services provided by individuals or organizations using their wisdom for other people or organizations to facilitate people’s lives. Wisdom is not only a tool of service but also the content of service. In fact, the rapid economic development and infrastructure construction did not develop in equal proportions. With the continuous progress of society, groups with different social attributes have emerged, and they have put forward diversified demands for public services in terms of both quality and quantity. This paper aims to study the research of infrastructure intelligent service system based on big data information system. It expects to use the big data information system to integrate the current infrastructure resources to meet people’s needs. Big data refer to a large amount of diverse digital information that requires new processing modes to have higher decision-making power. This paper designs and develops a new smart community service system, hoping to provide people with more and more convenient services through this system. This paper explores public facilities services from the perspective of public facilities stakeholders to realize the value transformation of public facilities. The experimental results of this paper show that 67% of the people participating in the experiment believe that the protection of stair treads is very necessary, and 73% of people think that it is very necessary to install elevators in multistorey residences. According to the data, most consumers believe that smart services are very necessary and need to be equipped.

College teaching evaluation is an important part of teaching because it not only summarizes the semester's teaching results but also guides the next semester's teaching. However, with the implementation of China's quality-oriented education reform and the arrival of the era of big data (BD), new requirements for college teaching evaluation are being put forward, which also brings many reform conditions. Teaching evaluation in the traditional sense is typically based solely on the course's student scoring data. This method is based on a single data source and thus cannot evaluate the teaching effect comprehensively, objectively or fairly. To address this issue, a teaching evaluation method in colleges and universities operating within the BD environment is proposed. This paper investigates college and university teaching evaluation in the post-BD era. The observed value of the Bartlett sphericity test statistic is 6619.943, and the corresponding probability p is nearly equal to 0. If the significance level an is 0.05, the null hypothesis should be rejected because the probability p is less than the significance level a, indicating that the correlation coefficient matrix cannot be the unit matrix. This also implies that there must be some correlation between the original variables, making factor analysis possible. BD can combine scattered and single evaluation data to create continuous and systematic data. BD can provide a large amount of data support for teaching evaluation, making it more scientific and fair; at the same time, driven by BD, teaching evaluation can return the results of teaching evaluation more quickly.
