Research on the reliability of electronic components for coal mining machines

Abstract

The advancement of modern industry towards digitization and automation has led to the widespread utilization of electronic components in coal mining equipment. Various electronic components are extensively employed in industrial equipment, safety early warning systems, emergency equipment, and military products. These equipment, which have been in operation for an extended period, are susceptible to failure risks. This study focuses on investigating the failure issues of electronic components in coal mining equipment and conducting research on reliability evaluation technology. By subjecting these devices to accelerated tests, the vulnerabilities are identified, and the failure modes and mechanisms are determined. Subsequently, practical recommendations for quality enhancement are proposed. This study serves as a valuable resource for the reliability assessment of electronic components.
