Research on the Relationship between Network Insight, Supply Chain Integration and Enterprise Performance

Abstract: Based on the resource orchestration theory, this study built a research model to understand the effect of supply chain network insight and supply chain integration on enterprise performance. We also involved the contingency theory to investigate the moderating effect of environmental uncertainty on supply chain integration and enterprise performance. We collected the data samples from 405 enterprises and used the SEM approach to verify the model. Results demonstrated the direct path of network insight to promo… Show more

“…However, the existing research only revealed the positive effect of supply chain collaboration on firm performance (Um and Oh, 2020;Yang and Lin, 2020;Um and Kim, 2019;Lyu et al, 2022a). We still know little about how enterprises can better use the service supply chain dynamic capability to improve service innovation performance by establishing strategic cooperation relationships with suppliers and customers.…”

“…The intensification of competition enables the sustainable competitiveness of enterprises to depend more on continuous innovation, and the successful development of innovation activities also depends more on the cooperation between organizations. Especially for manufacturing enterprises to carry out service innovation, enhancing collaboration among enterprises through a service supply chain is conducive to stimulating more innovation forms in the collaborative network environment (Lejpras, 2018;Lyu and Yu, 2021) and providing a path for organizations to acquire, integrate and utilize partner resources, such as marketing channels and production facilities (Linde et al, 2021). Considering that information asymmetry between organizations is likely to lead to inconsistent and inflexible behaviors of supply chain members (Hong et al, 2018), thus leading to collaboration failure, enterprises need to build the service supply chain dynamic capability to increase knowledge flow and resource sharing among organizations, to improve innovation performance (Heider et al, 2021;.…”

“…This could greatly improve the situation where photos need to be manually sorted and processed in the past and make photo management smarter. FRS providers should also recognize the importance of compatibility and provide a more personalized user experience to ensure that their services are compatible with users' lifestyles and values (Lyu et al, 2023a). FRS can significantly affect the way users live and work, and compatibility can reduce uncertainty and risk from use.…”
