RESUMO Esta pesquisa pautou-se na análise do desenvolvimento científico e tecnológico acerca da Internet das Coisas (IoT) aplicada ao ambiente da saúde na perspectiva da inovação, tendo como insumo artigos científicos e documentos de patentes relacionados ao tema. A prospecção realizada a partir dos critérios delimitados possibilitou o mapeamento, nos últimos dez anos, de 217 artigos e 177 patentes relacionados à temática, em nível global. Os dados foram analisados utilizando-se os parâmetros da análise bibliométrica seguida da análise de conteúdo, permitindo a identificação dos autores com maior produtividade (Lei de Lotka), a vinculação destes autores, a dispersão histórica das publicações e dos periódicos que difundem o assunto (Lei de Bradford), as abordagens predominantes das publicações (Lei de Zipf) e os países e as áreas de destaque em publicações científicas e tecnológicas. O panorama delineado aponta que o desenvolvimento da temática ocorreu a partir de 2010 liderado por países asiáticos, com uma produção científica mais desconcentrada e predominantemente vinculada às Universidades, enquanto a produção tecnológica apresenta maior concentração e vinculação com empresas, porém, com convergência no discurso comum. Dentre as tendências identificadas, sobressai o monitoramento remoto de pacientes.

“…Ofte blir muligheter framfor begrensninger knyttet til IoT trukket fram i litteraturen, blant annet innenfor matvaresikkerhet (Ellis, Muhamadali, Haughey, Elliott & Goodacre, 2015), potensialet i smarte hjem (Devi, Rohini & Suganya, 2016), intelligente helsesystemer, (Feng, 2016) til å utvikle nye forretningsmodeller (Elter, Gooderham, Dasi & Pedersen, 2018), eller knyttet til offentlig transport hvor IoT kan bidra til større miljømessig, økonomisk og sosial baerekraft (Davidsson, Hajinasab, Holmgren, Jevinger & Persson, 2016). IKT-sikkerhet defineres vanligvis som evnen til å forebygge, oppdage og håndtere tre typer hendelser: brudd på konfidensialitet, det vil si at uvedkommende får innsyn i beskyttelsesverdig informasjon, brudd på integritet, det vil si at informasjon og/eller systemer endres, skades eller slettes på uautoriserte eller utilsiktede måter, og brudd på tilgjengelighet, det vil si at informasjon og/eller systemer går tapt eller er utilgjengelige når behovet er der (UNINETT, 2017). De siste årene har vi vaert vitne til mange slike hendelser der IKT-sikkerheten har vaert utfordret, og det er grunn til å tro at omfanget av slike utfordringer øker. VITENSKAPELIG PUBLIKASJON ved utbredelse av Internet of Things (IoT) øker, og trolig vil kreve styrking av kompetansen innen IKT-sikkerhet.Selv om myndighetene har iverksatt tiltak for å styrke kompetanse-og kunnskapsnivået innen IKT-sikkerhet i Norge, er det grunn til å spørre om det gjøres nok: er innsatsen ambisiøs nok, og er mengden ressurser til å styrke kompetanse-og kunnskapsnivået tilstrekkelig? Utdanner vi kandidater med adekvat kompetanse?Formålet med studien er å frambringe oppdatert kunnskap om tilgangen på IKT-sikkerhetskompetanse, høyere utdanning/spesialistkompetanse, sett i forhold til arbeidslivets framtidige behov. Studien bygger på en kvantitativ framskrivning og kvalitative intervjuer med ulike aktører knyttet til feltet IKT-sikkerhet.Et hovedfunn er at det i årene framover vil utdannes for få med adekvat kompetanse innen IKT-sikkerhet, og at vi får et økende gap mellom tilgang på og behov for personer med IKT-sikkerhetskompetanse, med en underdekning på 4100 personer med IKT-sikkerhetskompetanse (i 2030). In the past two years, equestrian sports have become more and more popular with the public. Due to the comprehensive development of equestrian preparations for the 2020 Olympic Games in China, the equestrian sports industry presents an unprecedented favorable development environment in China. This article is aimed at studying the construction of an equestrian event information intelligent processing platform based on data fusion and data mining. This article introduces the relevant theoretical knowledge of data mining and data fusion, including the description of the concept of data mining, the common analysis methods and algorithms of data mining, the basic concepts of data fusion, and the functional structure of data fusion. It discusses various algorithms in cluster analysis and focuses on the analysis of distance measurement and similarity coefficient in cluster analysis. In the experimental part, in order to intelligently process and acquire information, an information intelligent processing platform is constructed based on data fusion and data mining technology. The experimental results of this paper show that the precision rate, recall rate, and F -score of the platform under closed test are much higher than those under open test, and the precision rate is increased by about 7.26%.
