Intangible Cultural Heritage does not rely on material forms but is displayed through human inheritance, different tools, and flexible forms, which make the traditional management and protection methods unable to meet the needs of its development. Therefore, this paper puts forward the research on the management and protection of Intangible Cultural Heritage based on spatial information technology under the background of Internet of things and selects sports intangible cultural heritage as an example, combined with GIS technology and virtual reality technology. The analysis of the experimental results shows that the types of Chinese sports intangible cultural heritage are mainly martial arts, lack of water and ice and snow activities. The spatial distribution is uneven, with regional and ethnic differences, and six core density circles are formed in the form of clusters. Ecological environment, declaration system, and project classification are the main influencing factors of the spatial distribution of China’s sports intangible cultural heritage. Therefore, in the management and protection of sports intangible cultural heritage, we should not only consider the impact of its ecological environment, but also give it modern function and inheritance form in combination with the needs of modern society while maintaining its connotation and spirit, so as to promote its protection, development, and inheritance.

The development of three-dimensional reconstruction technology with cultural heritage in traditional sports allows an accurate portrayal of this aspect of life. Cultural heritage can be documented, recovered, and shown with the tools and techniques. It is an important aspect of self-determination and the ability of marginalized groups to engage in social and cultural life fully. The most challenging aspects of national cultural sports heritage in reconstruction, including armed conflict and war, improper disposal, pollution, poaching, natural disasters, and destruction of heritage sites, have been determined. This article introduces (SCH-AI) new technology for sports cultural heritage (SCH), which develops an improved artificial intelligence (AI) that helps reduce armed conflict and war and promotes tolerance toward religions and people. Athletics improves by bringing individuals together in a social and economic context. Sports engagement boosts community health and productivity. When a clustering algorithm is used, it analyses the data that were provided identifying organic clusters or patterns in the space of features. Clustering is the process of dividing data into distinct subsets. The scenario depicts a strength and conditioning coach who wishes to establish alternative training in sports regimens for players with varying refinement sprint timing. The research of SCH-AI has many advantages; accessing traditional games is regarded as the ideal platform for promoting peace, harmony, and cultural heritage preservation. Sports are also part of the steps to recognize and preserve the rights of people, and it is the protection of their cultural legacy. Cultural heritage gives users a sense of belonging and harmony within a community and a greater understanding of earlier generations and their history.

It is the great significance that the construction layout of sports park caters people's growing demand for physical fitness, improve people's quality of life and promote the strategy of sports power. At present, more and more people take part in physical exercise in everyday, therefore, there is a hot topic toward the question of “where to go for fitness” in the process of China's rapid promotion of national fitness. Based on the needs question of construction layout of sports park, this study proposed the research topic of the layout integration of sports park construction based on the concept of ecological civilization. The Study purpose is to survey the influencing factors of the construction layout of sports park, the second purpose is to investigate how to build a reasonable and feasible the layout integration scheme for sports park construction. Literature research, field investigation and expert interview were used in the study. The study results show that the layout integration of sports parks should be considered in the natural ecology, economic development, population size and local movement habits. At the same time, the principle of construction layout should be followed in green and environmental protection, convenience, and practicality. On the other hand, it is important that the layout plan of sports park should be according to the total living population and space area.
