Abstract: The global economy has been hit hard by the COVID-19 epidemic that broke out in late 2019. China is particularly important since it is both the core of the pandemic and a major player in the global economy. This paper examines how the epidemic of COVID-19 affected China's SMEs, discussing the role these companies play in the country's economy, the difficulties they encountered, and the solutions they came up with.
