Abstract: High-speed space debris threatens the safety of satellites in orbit, making the efficient removal of this debris an increasingly unavoidable necessity. By exploring the non-contact de-tumbling method for high-speed rotating targets, a de-tumbling technique is proposed. This method relies on leveraging the differential magnetic moments of two satellites arranged in tangential formation.
